Please note that we typically lock the porta potty when not in use for the program. I know this may be confusing to community members but porta potties have proven to be frequent targets for vandalism. This can be costly and also ruin the park experience for others. If this is a concern and anyone would like to discuss, please let me know.

Thanks!

Since Parks and Rec will be hosting Playtime at the Park at John Ball this summer, there will be a port-a-potty installed as well as running water. This will be for the duration of the program, which I believe runs through August.

Thanks for reaching out, Shea! I think our parks need better facilities; alas, no one wants to pay for public spaces anymore.

Councilmember Anne McEnerny-Ogle and I are each putting up $100 for Porta Potty rental at our parks: Shumway for her and John Ball for me. Who wants to join in? Anne, whats the process through City Parks for those interested in stepping up?
