The Kyocera property at Stapleton & East 4th Plain Boulevard is an absolute eyesore. I am not sure why the city does not condemn the property, it is clear the owners are not doing anything with it except allowing it to be used as a place for drug deals and homeless encampments. It is littered, weed grown, and in absolute need of refurbishment.
it's time to get this eyesore fixed.
PS, Mr Holmes, still have not received a response from city vegetation management as to why West mill plain Boulevard sidewalks are covered with blackberries. Thanks.
