Its a sad day when I have to sue a County Treasury employee to get her to pay on legal obligations, including refund of rental deposit and monies owed for work done on her yard.
Im cc'ing Treasurer Doug Lasher on this public blog post in the hopes that we can avoid service on his employee by Sheriff tomorrow afternoon. Its time for Clark County to do whats right.
